Explore 3 Days Serengeti Classic Safari from Zanzibar Island in Tanzania was established in 1952. It is home to the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth – the great migration of wildebeest and zebra. The resident population of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and birds is also impressive. There’s a wide variety of accommodation available, from luxury lodges to mobile camps.
3 Days Serengeti From Zanzibar will take you to where safari-goers come to truly experience an authentic African safari. The park is featured on many National Geographic shows, the park is rich with wildlife, endless plains, sunrises, and sunsets that make the heart go wild.
The Serengeti is known for its huge wildlife population. White-bearded wildebeest, zebras, and gazelle migrate annually during the great migration from the plains of the Serengeti in Tanzania to the grasslands of the Maasai Mara in Kenya in search of fresh grass.
The safari camps in the Serengeti National Park are world-famous as they provide some of the best African wildlife safari experiences imaginable. Don’t miss out on this opportunity of a lifetime.
The park covers 5,700 sq miles, (14,763 sq km), it’s larger than Connecticut, with at most a couple of hundred vehicles driving around.
The Serengeti National Park can be divided into 3 sections. The popular southern/central part (Seronera Valley), is what the Maasai called the “Serengeti”, the land of endless plains. It’s a classic savannah, dotted with acacias and filled with wildlife.
The western corridor is marked by the Grumeti River and has more forests and dense bush. The north, Lobo area, which meets up with Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve, is the least visited section.
